If you're asking, yes, we've decided to make an entire page dedicated to this.
Over the past two or so months of pouring my time into Whatnot as a seller, I've noticed heavy unreliability with USPS, which is the default carrier that they support for shipping. We've seen packages go from where we sell (California), to let's say Texas, when the buyer is located in the same state as us. Another example is, packages just get stuck forever in the same spot until they finally decide, just one day, to finally move it elsewhere.
I've had countless problems with USPS these past few months, as a customer, and as a seller. So, in this new venture, we've decided to officially support UPS shipping (where available), as an optional upgrade.
There's multiple reasons on why to choose UPS over USPS for shipping when buying from us:
Faster delivery:
Your package will be delivered in a safer manner, and faster than ever.
Accurate 1:1 Package Tracking:
Your tracking number is always updated in real-time, so you'll know where your package is every step of the way.
Improved Reliability:
UPS never stops, even during busy seasons, which means fewer delays for you, and you get to enjoy your purchase even sooner.
Upgraded Package Insurance:
If your purchase is ever damaged during transit, their claims process is easier & better than USPS, with better coverage overall.
If any of those reasons convinced you, that's great, I'm extremely glad that they did. We'll be saving you from a headache, trust us. It's well worth the upgrade.
If not though, I understand as well, it can get a little more expensive upgrading to UPS, if you're farther away from our home state, which is California. It may also not be available in your area.
However, if you're a few states away from where we ship from, we heavily recommend upgrading to UPS shipping for a better overall experience. From our testing, it's $1-2 more than USPS Ground Advantage, with even faster shipping times, which is well worth it for the added peace of mind.
Part 2: USPS Priority Mail Replacement
This is the current stopping point of this "research" for now. Honestly, having a little fun with it, but fun in terms of finding ways to make your experience, as a customer, 10x better.
This part is currently still pending, we're looking for a viable/good replacement for USPS Priority Mail, for my people who want a speedy delivery. If you do have any suggestions, feel free to let us know. Stay tuned for that.

My entire end goal with this, and for us as a team, is to offer you the best, and smoothest experience ordering from us. As a consumer/customer myself that deals with USPS, I'm personally fed up with the slowness and laziness of the service (shoutout to the mail people though, heavily, wish their job was easier), and as a business owner myself, I'd like to offer a better and smoother experience to customers, from day one.
